Shipping Policy
Generally, we are able to process orders and begin shipping within a few business days but please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your item for shipping.
This timeframe includes Pre-delivery bench testing and protective packaging.
Please note that items ordered with customisation requests may require more time to process.
Due to the global pandemic, domestic and international shipping delays are possible and unfortunately out of our control.
We are able to work with you to provide contactless delivery options.

Free pickup is available from our warehouse located at 2a Burnett St, Somerton VIC 3062, Australia
Shipping
We ship free of charge for orders over $100, excluding bulky items.
Metro transit takes 2-3 business days.
Bulky Orders - Coffee Machines / Grinders / Carts
We ship free of charge to all Metro areas in Australia. Please note that we do not ship to Rural areas free of charge. Depending on the location, Rural areas will require additional transit time. Please contact us for a quote.
International Shipping
We ship internationally by sea and air. Please contact us directly for a quote.
Please note that you, the customer, will be liable for all import tariffs and taxes applicable to your country. We advise you to check tariffs with your local customs beforehand.
International air or sea shipping times vary between 3 - 30 days with additional delays possible due to the global pandemic.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods & take sufficient evidence photos before filing a claim. Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance with this.
