As Gaggia's first-ever dual-boiler espresso machine, the Classic GT brings Italian factory precision, prosumer-grade performance, and timeless café aesthetics to any serious coffee setup.
A 1.2-litre brass brew boiler and 0.9-litre stainless steel steam boiler enable seamless simultaneous operation, with dual PID controllers delivering 1° brew temperature precision and four pre-programmed steam temperatures. Automated and manual 3g/s low-flow pre-infusion, volumetric shot programming, and an externally adjustable OPV between 3-15 bar put total extraction control at your fingertips. A custom brass steam valve heats 5oz of milk to 140°F in just 20 seconds - finished in Chrome and made entirely in Italy.
