As Gaggia's first-ever dual-boiler espresso machine, the Classic GT is an Italian-made, commercial-grade prosumer built with an impressive suite of features including automated and manual 3g/second low-flow pre-infusion, volumetric shot programming, and a rapid 5-minute heat-up time. At its core, a dual boiler system - a 1.2-litre lead-free brass brew boiler and a 0.9-litre stainless steel steam and hot water boiler - ensures seamless, simultaneous operation whether you're pulling a precise espresso shot or texturing milk to perfection. Dual PID controllers deliver extreme temperature precision with 1° brew temperature adjustment and four pre-programmed steam temperatures, while the externally adjustable OPV lets you fine-tune brew pressure between 3 and 15 bar with nothing more than a flathead screwdriver. A custom brass steam valve - bearing the Gaggia "G" - produces near-unlimited steam at four selectable temperatures, heating 5oz of milk to 140°F in just 20 seconds for barista-quality microfoam every time. Its stainless steel housing is remarkably thick, providing serious protection for the commercial-grade internals, and the height-adjustable drip tray accommodates cups of all sizes.
